HER HANDS is a result of the long term collaboration between Ellen Rock and the Janakpur Women’s Development Centre. 

It is a print collection featuring Ellen’s signature block prints with hand painted Mithila detailing by the master painters of JWDC. 

Collaborating on a personal level through illustration, collective thinking and working alongside master artists and screen printers the women have created a dialogue through shapes inspired by their daily cycles.

The prints explore daily objects and silhouettes of powerful tools used by hand in the day of a woman. 

The full print collection will be showcased in early 2021 alongside shoppable products which have been developed in collaboration with JWDC.
